It is the mission of Polski Domek to connect the worldwide Polish diaspora through technology and real-time interaction. This site is designed to serve approximately 56 million people, about 20 million of whom are living in countries outside of Poland.

The developers envision this site to become a leading social network for the Polish community around the globe, as well as a positive tool in helping immigrants adjust to new surroundings. Polski Domek provides tools to accomplish many tasks, such as: connecting with family, friends, and fellow Poles; sharing photos, music, and videos; posting blog entries; sending instant and private messages; getting live updates on things of interest by searching #hashtags; and following other registered members of the site to see their status updates. Additionally, Polski Domek allows users to search local classified ads for jobs, apartments, items for sale, events, and much more. As of now, the site can be used in both Polish and English, with more languages and features to come. It also includes a section for world news in the Polish language.

Polski Domek is a haven for social interaction, networking, and support among the Polish community worldwide, creating Pole-friendly environments. The site is free, open, and accessible to everyone. We are devoted to building tools to create stronger Polish communities around the world, notably for Polish emigrants with language barriers in any country.

Personal privacy is highly respected at Polski Domek. All information we collect about our community members is only used internally to improve and ensure a user-friendly site. We do not share private user information with anyone, ever.
